  • Account data: email address, username, password (hashed)
  • Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — we receive only a payment reference, not your card details
  • Channel data: your Kick channel name and public metrics obtained via Kick's public API
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, login timestamps
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process subscription payments via Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve and develop the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for

  • Supabase, Inc. — database and backend infrastructure
  • Vercel, Inc. — application hosting

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kickviewbot.io.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
